CANCELLED: RAVE CAVE

Hey SoundVault family,

As you all know, Rave Cave has been a project we’ve been passionately working on for a year already. From the very beginning, we’ve faced challenges in bringing this vision to life, and we’ve worked tirelessly to overcome them.

Already in the beginning of this year, we received approval from the fire department for the requested capacity. However, due to a delayed schedule the original date had to be postponed. A few months ago all of the puzzle pieces finally found their place and we were able to announce our most special event so far. Needless to say, the reaction from all of you was insane and made us positively overwhelmed. We wanted to make sure that as many of you would be able to experience this by adding a second date.

During all of this, the fire department has undergone organizational changes, which has brought our permit under renewed scrutiny. The past few weeks, while we’ve been finalizing the lineup and preparing the release of the tickets for the second date, the increased attention from officials has led to a more extensive review. Together with the venue and our team, we’ve gone through a detailed audit once more, providing every piece of information, anything from technical specifications to exit and security plans.

Despite the event meeting all requirements, the final decision from the fire department has now changed and Rave Cave could only take place at a much-reduced capacity. Unfortunately, this makes the project financially and operationally unviable, and more importantly, it prevents us from delivering the full experience we promised to all of you.

For this reason, we have made the very difficult decision to cancel Rave Cave (26-27.9.2025) until further notice. However, we’re still not giving up on trying to make this a reality and are working together with Tytyri to see if we can find a new date for the event.

Every single ticket bought will be fully refunded. Buyers will receive details of the refund process by email directly from Biletti through the address asiakaspalvelu@biletti.fi. Additionally, everyone who purchased a ticket will be placed on a special priority list, giving you early access to future events of this nature.

While all of this is disappointing news, we want you to know that we are committed to keep pushing and to create experiences like Rave Cave in the future with even greater preparation, planning, and attention to detail. Safety has always been, and will always remain, our top priority, alongside delivering unforgettable experiences.

From the entire team at Soundvault, we want to thank you for your trust, your support, and your understanding in this situation. These are difficult times for us as well, but we are not giving up. We will continue striving to raise the bar for live events in this country, no matter the obstacles.

PERUTTU: RAVE CAVE

Heippa rakkaat reivaajat,

Kuten moni teistä tietää, Rave Cave on projekti, jota olemme työstäneet jo vuoden ajan. Tie tämän vision toteuttamiseen on ollut täynnä haasteita ja olemme tehneet kaikkemme, että tästä tulisi vihdoin totta.

Saimme jo alkuvuodesta pelastuslaitokselta hyväksynnän tapahtuman kapasiteetille. Aikataulun viivästymisen vuoksi päätimme kuitenkin siirtää alkuvuoden tapahtumapäivää. Kaikki palaset loksahtivat vihdoin paikoilleen muutama kuukausi sitten ja pääsimme julkaisemaan meidän tähän mennessä erikoisimman tapahtuman, Rave Cave:n. Teidän kaikkien reaktio veti meidät suoraan sanottuna sanattomaksi. Halusimme varmistaa, että mahdollisimman moni teistä pääsisi kokemaan tämän tapahtuman joten lisäsimme Rave Cave:lle myös toisen päivän.

Tämän kaiken aikana pelastuslaitoksella on tapahtunut organisaatiomuutoksia, mikä on johtanut lupamme uudelleentarkasteluun. Viime viikkojen aikana, samalla kun olemme viimeistelleet toisen päivän lipunmyynnin aloitusta, viranomaisten lisääntynyt huomio on johtanut entistä laajempaan selvitykseen. Yhdessä Tytyrin ja tiimimme kanssa olemme käyneet läpi joka ikisen yksityiskohdan ja toimittaneet kaikki mahdolliset tiedot, aina teknisistä vaatimuksista poistumis- ja turvallisuussuunnitelmiin asti.

Vaikka tapahtumakonsepti täyttää kaikki vaatimukset, viranomaisten lopullinen päätös on kuitenkin nyt muuttunut: tapahtuma voisi toteutua ainoastaan merkittävästi pienemmällä kapasiteetilla. Valitettavasti tämä tekee tästä projektista meille taloudellisesti ja operatiivisesti mahdottoman ja lisäksi, estää meitä luomasta sen kokemuksen, jonka olimme teille luvanneet.

Tästä syystä joudumme valitettavasti tekemään erittäin vaikean päätöksen perua koko Rave Cave-tapahtuman (26.–27.9.2025) toistaiseksi. Tämä unelma ei kuitenkaan todellakaan jää tähän, vaan teemme edelleen tiivistä yhteistyötä Tytyrin kanssa selvittääksemme jos tämän tyylistä tapahtumaa saataisiin vielä tulevaisuudessa järjestettyä.

Kaikkien jo ostettujen lippujen hinnat tullaan hyvittämään täysin. Lipun ostaneille lähetetään Biletin kautta sähköpostitse (lähettäjä: asiakaspalvelu@biletti.fi) tarkemmat ohjeet rahojen palautusprosessista. Lisäksi kaikki lipun ostaneet on lisätty erityiselle prioriteettilistalle, joka tulevaisuudessa oikeuttaa pääsyn vastaavanlaisten tapahtumien lippuihin ensimmäisinä.

Nämä uutiset ovat suuri pettymys, mutta haluamme painottaa, että olemme sitoutuneita jatkossakin tekemään kaikkemme tuodaksemme teille ainutlaatuisia kokemuksia, kuten Rave Cave:n, entistä paremmalla valmistelulla, suunnittelulla ja huolellisuudella. Turvallisuus on aina ollut ja tulee aina olemaan meille kaikesta tärkein, niin kuin unohtumattomien elämysten luominen.

Koko SoundVaultin tiimin voimin kiittämme teitä luottamuksestanne, tuestanne ja ymmärryksestänne tässä tilanteessa. Nämä ovat vaikeita aikoja myös meille, mutta emme aio luovuttaa. Jatkamme työtä nostaaksemme live-tapahtumien tasoa Suomessa, esteistä huolimatta.
