JOB OPENINGS
We are looking for people to step into real roles and take ownership. Each position plays a key part in making our events happen.
We’re currently focusing on filling the below positions:
TIKTOK AND SHORT FORM CONTENT CREATOR
(No prior experience is required, but is highly appreciated)
You create content that captures the energy of our events and brings people in.
You should be comfortable filming, approaching people, and creating engaging short form content. Basic (phone) camera skills are needed, but confidence and creativity matter more.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT STAGE PRODUCTION AND BACK OFFICE
(No prior experience is required, but is highly appreciated)
You support the stage team behind the scenes and help keep everything running smoothly. Your focus areas include e.g. accounting, emails, and prospecting. You will work with the stage production company that is responsible for designing our stage productions and get to be part of that operation.
This role requires a strong attitude, fast learning, and the ability to stay organized. You may work remotely but still be closely involved in operations and coordination.
SALES AGENT
(Decent experience in sales is highly appreciated, but it’s all about attitude in the end)
You help sell and build connections with sponsors and partners.
You should be comfortable reaching out to people. The most important part of this role is finding ways to sell our events and create opportunities with current and future sponsors/partners.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND VIDEO EDITOR
(High level of experience required)
You shape how SoundVault looks and feels.
This role requires strong skills and experience. You will create visuals, edits, and content that match the energy of our brand and events.
STAGE PRODUCTION AND BUILDING CREW
(Some experience and a great mindset required)
You help with physically bringing events to life.
This is a hands-on role that requires prior experience with event build-up. You will work with setups, structures, and on-site production to make sure everything is built and executed properly.
ADVANCING AND BACK OFFICE AGENT
(No prior experience is required, but is highly appreciated)
You handle coordination before events happen with artist logistics, permits, and everything else related to the events.
This includes communication, planning details, and making sure everything is ready before execution. Organization and attention to detail are key.

SoundVault is not a typical company.

THE PROGRAM
This is a hands-on internship in live events, but most of the work is not during the events but on our computers.
You will work on real marketing, real ticket sales, and real event execution.
FOCUS AREAS:
Marketing and promotion
Sales and partnerships
Project management and events
You are here to contribute, not just observe.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Learn and run campaigns and create content
Sell tickets and build networks
Support and execute live events
You will take ownership and be part of the team from day one.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH:
This is an unpaid internship.
If your work directly impacts ticket sales or sponsorships, there is potential for small commissions.

There is no fixed ceiling at SoundVault.
If you prove yourself, you can grow into bigger roles and eventually become a key part of the company.
Long term, there is even potential to become a partial owner of the company.
