Festival age limit
Our festival is strictly for adults (18+). All attendees must present a valid government-issued ID at the entrance to verify their age. Please note that tickets purchased for individuals under 18 are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Festival area AND ENTRANCE
The festival is organized in Suvilahti at Sörnäisten rantatie 22, 00540, Helsinki. It is accessible by the city’s public transport.
The festival area has one main entrance with separate queues for different ticket types.

CLOAKROOM & LOST AND FOUND
The cloakroom is located next to the main entrance and is accessible from both within and outside of the festival area. The security- and cloakroom fee is 5€ (not mandatory). Cloakroom revisit fee is 2€.
Lost items will be stored at the cloakroom during the event. After the event, they will be kept by the cloakroom staff for one week. Inquiries: teemu.herva@doormax.fi

GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets will be sent to the email address you provided. If you don’t receive them within a couple of hours, please check your spam folder. If the tickets are still missing, feel free to contact Biletti for assistance.

REGULAR 1-Day TICKETS
This ticket allows access to the event area during the festival. Exiting and re-entering the festival area is NOT allowed. This ticket type is not exchanged to a festival wristband.
REGULAR 2-DAY TICKETS
These tickets are exchanged to a festival wristband and allow access to the event area during the festival and exiting and re-entering of the area.
SKIP-THE-LINE TICKETS ( 1-DAY & 2-DAY )
These tickets are exchanged to a festival wristband and include a dedicated faster entrance to the festival area and allow for exiting and re-entering of the area.
VIP TICKETS ( 1-DAY & 2-DAY )
These tickets are exchanged to a festival wristband and include a dedicated VIP entrance to the festival area and access to the VIP area as well as exiting and re-entering of the area.

We recommend exchanging your ticket to a festival wristband in advance. or to arrive early on festival days to avoid queues and exchanging the wristband at the entrance.
Advance wristband pick-up is possible in Suvilahti at the festival location:

Ticket Reselling
Biletti offers an official resale platform for tickets that have already been purchased, and we strongly recommend using it as your primary option for reselling. This helps protect both buyers and sellers from fraud or scams. Please note that any ticket resale conducted outside of Biletti is not supported by our team and is done at your own risk.
Reselling tickets above face value is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of the ticket without a refund. Tickets may not be used for promotional purposes (e.g., giveaways, raffles, or contests) or any other commercial use without prior written consent from Soundvault.
Ticket upgrade
If you wish to upgrade your ticket to a different type, please contact Biletti.fi, the official ticket provider (asiakaspalvelu@biletti.fi). Upgrades are only possible for ticket types that are still available and must be arranged directly through Biletti.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
EVENT SAFETY AND CODE OF CONDUCT
At Soundvault , we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, artists, staff, and volunteers. By entering the event/festival grounds, you agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund and/or permanent ban from any further events, depending on the case.
Professional event security personnel and first aid will be present at the festival.
Entry & Security
To ensure a safe experience for everyone, all attendees will go through a security screening each time they enter or re-enter the festival grounds. Bag checks are mandatory at the gates, and only approved items will be allowed inside.
Allowed Items
To make your festival experience comfortable and safe, you’re welcome to bring the following:
Small backpacks or bags (maximum 18 liters)
Powerbank / phone charger
Empty transparent plastic water bottles (max. 0.5L)
Prescription medication (must be accompanied by proof)
Sunscreen
Hand sanitizer (up to 100ml)
GoPros and compact cameras (lens no larger than 70mm)
Binoculars
Makeup
Small snacks like chocolate bars (for valid reasons)
Not Allowed Inside
To maintain safety and smooth flow within the festival area, the following items are strictly prohibited:
Prohibited Conduct
Crowdsurfing and stage diving
Fighting or causing dangerous situations
Disruptive, aggressive, or threatening behavior
Sitting or standing on another person’s shoulders
Unauthorized access to restricted or fenced-off areas
Throwing objects onto the stage or into the crowd
Use of pyrotechnics, flares, or lasers
Unauthorized selling or marketing within the festival area
Climbing on structures
Failure to comply with instructions given by security personnel
Additionally:
The organizer and security personnel reserve the right to remove from the festival area any person who violates the rules, endangers the safety of others, or refuses to follow instructions. In serious cases, the matter may be reported to the authorities.
Food and beverages
At the festival, food and drinks will be available inside the festival grounds at affordable prices, so we do not allow to enter with drinks or food. Very small snacks are fine, for example protein bars.
